This summer we had the privilege of realizing this launch campaign with our legendary Director Dean Freeman, whose creative vision and storytelling mastery shaped the soul of this campaign, in collaboration with the incredible team at Hakuhodo. Supported by the talented DOPs Christopher Hudson and Joshua Fry, Dean Freeman crafted imagery that is atmospheric, emotional, and deeply sensual – a body of work that unmistakably bears his signature as an outstanding director.
We are beyond excited to share our latest project: the global launch campaign for the groundbreaking new camera NIKON ZR, a visionary collaboration between Nikon and RED. An invention that unites photography and film – merging the best of both worlds in a camera that is light, tactile and truly innovative.
At the heart of this product launch campaign lies a love story – portrayed by two ballet dancers whose connection off stage is just as powerful as on stage. Their movements, the Mediterranean light and the breathtaking locations created a visual language full of intimacy and poetry.
A series of behind the scenes clips were captured that reveal not only the atmosphere of the shoot, but also the incredible excitement around the new camera itself.
